We're delighted to offer FREE Standard shipping via Australia Post for all orders unless otherwise stated!
Rest assured that when you place an order with us, your items will be carefully dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. We prioritise the use of Australia Post for its top-notch security measures and prompt delivery service.
There is a processing timeframe of 1 - 3 or 1 - 5 Business Days depending on the item(s) in your cart. We'll ship your order via Standard or Express post, depending on your nominated delivery method after the processing timeframe is complete. Our shipping carrier is Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post Shipping times for further information regarding shipping timeframes.
Please be aware that while we aim to process your order within the specified timeframe, sometimes, unforeseen delays can occur. If your item is delayed for any reason beyond the processing timeframe, we will notify you with a reason for the delay.
